Adding and editing new words
To add a new word to your user lexicon, for example a company name etc., click on the Lexicons section. It also serves as the database of all your Replacement rules. Here you must first select the language of the lexicon you wish to edit and then add the word by clicking on the Add word button. To add this word, first specify its Incorrect transcription, then its Correct transcription. The incorrect transcription is either a version of the word/phrase made up by the transcription AI in previous tasks, or your best guess of the word’s spelling made up by someone without knowing the correct spelling. By clicking on the pencil icon in the table, you can easily edit the given phrase. To delete it (irreversibly), click on the bin icon on the right.
