How to use Beey

Do you transcribe, translate or subtitle your recordings in Beey? This year we have a Christmas bonus for you!

For all Beey credit purchases after 11 December 2023 of 5 hours or more, we’ll add 50% of the credits you buy to your account for free! So if you buy, for example, 20 hours, you will get an additional 10 hours as a gift. If you buy 100 hours, you get 150 hours for the same price. This offer applies to all credit purchases until the end of 2023 for orders of 5 hours or more, and the extra credit will be added to your account automatically.

How does it work?

How can I buy the credits?

After logging into Beey, you can check your current credit amount under Account and buy more via the payment gateway. If you don’t see the option to buy credit, you probably don’t have a self-service account type and can buy credit through our customer support at support@beey.io, or you can contact your Beey merchant.

Can I buy credits without using a credit card, e.g. by invoice?

Yes, definitely, feel free to email your Beey sales contact or our customer support at support@beey.io. However, for invoice and other ways of payment, the offer only applies for orders of 10 hours or more.

How do I get the 50% extra credits?

Half of the credits you purchase will be automatically added to your Beey account after you pay for your order. If your credits are not added within 24 hours of purchase, please try logging out and logging back into your Beey editor account, or contact us at support@beey.io.

What is the expiration of purchased credits?

You can use the in-app credits to transcribe recordings into text for 1 year after purchase. Credit validity can be extended individually, please contact us at support@beey.io. Unused credits cannot be returned or refunded after they expire.

How long can I benefit from this promotion? Can I buy credits repeatedly?

The offer is valid for all purchases made from 12/12/2023 to the end of December 2023 for 5 hours of transcription (300 credits) or more. The promotion can be used repeatedly, but individual payments do not add up; the extra 50% is calculated from each individual payment for 300+ credits.

What is the price of the credits?

Credits for transcription in the Beey app cost €7.5 per hour of transcription + VAT. 1 credit (= 1 minute of transcription) costs €0.125 + VAT. To purchase larger amounts of credits (more than 100 hours) please contact customer support at support@beey.io. For more information, please read our price list.
